Age: About sixteen or so, by demon standards
Gender: Female
Orientation: Heterosexual
Moral Alignment: Evil
Mother’s Demon Type: Yourouzoku
Father’s Demon Type: Yourouzoku
Occupation: Wanderer
Alignment: North
Appearance:
Standing only 5'1", Tsuzuki is small, but slender, almost like a dancer. Keeping with the classic albino appearance, bother her hair and skin is snowy white, and her eyes laced pink- red-- since iris has no actual pigment, the color is purely the color of the veins beneath the eye.
She dresses in the traditional wolf demon style, with a white fur 'skirt' and armor on top, but on her feet she wears something more resembling a thin, cloth boot (see picture, for some reason I've never been accurately able to describe these).
"Now, while the cat girl may have been undeniably beautiful, Tsuzuki held a beauty of her own. Not the much desired, comely looks so many aspired to have. That'd be far to domestic for the demoness. Her beauty was more of a wild thing, with her small angled features, and curves as sharp as her tongue. Skin white as snow, and there could not be one paler, for none can be paler than one totally without pigment. Her body toned by more than a century of living in the wilds, fighting for her survival, yet untouched by those centuries, for she could be no older than fifteen, Tsuzuki was a huntress, a warrior, a killer. Small, yes, but fierce. - From the thread, 'What is This?'"
Personality:
In truth, Tsuzuki is quite the sarcastic one. Generally very bad tempered, quick to anger, irritable, bossy, pregnant dogy, whiny-- she's a hard one to get along with. She's not necessarily the friendliest of people either, but she tends to be a little more tolerant of people of her own species than anyone else. Tsuzuki also tries to keep a limited range of emotion, believing that things such as love and remorse are too human for a demon such as herself-- and does a rather good job of it.
She's also quite the attention lover-- possibly a reason why she puts on such an act most of the time. Though her temper is really quite explosive, when around ...'company' she puts on an almost unbreakable facade of calm and cool, laughing, giggling and smiling when angry, and actually quite polite-- not something she would be otherwise. This has also on occasion been mistaken for something almost like flirting, though that's far from the effect she's looking for, usually. In a sense, Tsuzuki can be a little schizo. Anyway, she isn't a particularly secretive one either, often opting for long conversations with her intended victims-- she's the type that could pour out her whole life story without ever really opening up.
For a species that is usually social by nature, Tsuzuki is rather content with life on her own. In any event, she'd rather be remembered, if at all, for somewhat darker achievements, not through family memory or legacy.
She expects others to be polite to her, and often chastises others on matters of manners, though in reality she herself is quite crude and uncivilized. A perfect example of her believing the rules don't apply to her-- even those she sets herself.
This shows through particularly in her speech-- a mix of polite and endearing terms and frequent, rude cursing, along with her honey-sweet yet very sharp tone. Her voice is fairly high pitched, which gives her a quite annoying giggle and a laugh like breaking glass, but makes for quite a pretty singing voice-- she is a wolf, after all. As for the sharp part, Tsuzuki has a tendency to almost over-enunciate her words, especially when irritated.
Tsuzuki is not the most intelligent of demons, though quite clever, she can neither read nor write, and sometimes little things escape her. She finds it very hard to relate to others, and she won't even entertain the idea that a way of thinking other than hers may be correct. She doesn't like her thought process being questioned either-- metacognition or anything that stresses her mind too much she dismisses as unimportant. In that respect, she's quite lazy.
Boredom tends to make her quite destructive, and Tsuzuki is very easily bored. Much of the time she travels looking for some sort of mental stimulation, which can be attributed to why she speaks so openly with enemies or intended victims.
Zuki isn't really antisocial-- she doesn't try to pointedly avoid other creatures, she just generally tends to have issues getting along with others. The only people she really tries to avoid are those of her own kind-- though a lone wolf she may be, she does feel a slight obligation to her own people, but would much prefer not to get mixed up in their issues. Part of this may be due to the conflicting of her instinct to stay loyal to whichever side she may choose, with her own greed and want for power. She is not very trusting though, and horrible with children. Which she despises, anyway.
[Tsuzuki is] An evil, pregnant dogy ass woman with a drinking problem? -- Luna, of PotW
Strengths:
« Elemental power-- I think this one goes without saying, really.
« Speed/Agility-- Tsuzuki is small, but very fast (not jewel shard level fast, but still pretty fast), as well as agile and flexible. Helpful in battle for obvious reasons.
« Camouflage-- her appearance makes it quite easy to disappear into her element.
« Cold weather has no effect on her-- extreme cold, snow, anything of that sort poses no danger to Tsuzuki, being that 'tis the element she controls.
Weaknesses:
» Heat/or warm weather makes her uncomfortable, to the point where in extreme cases it makes her very ill. Even things like body heat she's very sensitive too, though something that small wouldn't pose much of a problem for her. I should note that her core temperature is also a good ten or so degrees lower than normal for one of her kind.
» Though stronger than a mortal, by demon standards her physical strength is quite lacking, being that she relies almost entirely on her elemental ability.
» Fire. Any sort of fire (or lightning) attacks are very dangerous to her, and would do more damage
» Albinism-- since her skin contains no pigment whatsoever, sunburn is a very big issue. She can't spend a lot of time in direct sunlight without risking horrible burning. Another problem caused by the albinism is sight problems-- while she is by no means blind, she is a little bit nearsighted, and subject to hypersensitivity to light. While this helps her night vision, very sunny days stress her eyes more than would a normal demon.
» Camouflage-- She can blend in with snow, but not much else.
Weapons:
Weapons: None. Tsuzuki prefers to rely on her natural abilities, and quite honestly wouldn't know how to use any weapon more complex than a sword or stick if you gave her one.
{I'm going to assume powers belong here too.}
Powers
Basics: She can pretty much freeze things, make it snow, can maneuver more easily on slippery surfaces, you get the picture.
Frozen Fire.:Blue-White flames that don't burn with heat-- it's more like being touched by dry ice. It can be summoned into an environment, and creates something like a barrier, or can be
Black Ice:. Black Ice can be shot from the palms in many small shards, though the range is not great and they're easily avoided in most all situations, aside from indoors.
Blizzard Summoning:. Very power consuming, last ditch effort attack, in which a full scale snowstorm is summoned to hinder opponent.
{Nameless} The ability to pull water out from the ground and freeze it into very large, dangerous 'icicles'. The more water in the ground, the easier it is, as she has to expand her powers farther into the ground to find a source of water when it's dry.
{Snowpeople} Ability to mold a human form from snow and use it like a thinking, speaking puppet. Puppets will melt under extreme heat (fire, lightning) and any sort of blow can damage them. (as they're basically snow >.>)
{Snowball of DOOM!} It's a snowball with a piece of ice inside of it. About as dangerous as a real snowball with ice inside of it.
||Cold Absorption||: Just as Tsuzuki presence can make a room cooler, she can also call the cold toward here and therefore make the room warmer-- not very useful to her, of course, but it has it purposes.
||Telekinetics||: Any object made of ice or snow is movable by Tsuzuki with her mind-- though this does take much training to use larger things, and those made of snow as it tends to act as a single flake rather than a whole.
||Snow Walking||: Tsuzuki can walk on top of snow rather than trudging though it. Theres not to much else to this, really...
||White Fear||: If direct eye contact is made with Tsuzuki while using this, the opponent is faced with a sudden chill, along with a paralyzing fear-- can be broken by averting eyes, and if exposed for too long some may develop hypothermia. For Tsuzuki, it causes her eyes to turn light blue, and temporary blindness. The more she uses it, the longer she is without sight, and will eventually destroy her vision altogether, though Tsu does not know this.
Items: None, really...
History:
Born in far Northern Mountains, Tsuzuki's life as a child was... rather strange, to say the least.
The daughter of the pack beta pair, Tsuzuki was born shortly before her father murdered the pack leader in order to take his place. An idea formed by her narcissistic, power seeking mother. Not the nicest pair of people, but in the end, they were unfortunately successful.
Now, growing up with two rather nasty parents (Tsuzuki's not being a son and being a freak of nature disappointed the pair deeply), twin older brothers capable of hypnosis, and a pyromaniac little sister who would later grow to have a rather disturbing crush on her, and one similarly strange cousin, family life was not... stable, really. And Tsuzuki will admit openly that she hates her family.
Now, this could be used to explain a lot. It is however, the reason why, at around the age of eight or so, she, 'got lost'. In reality, one cold winter day, while she was near the pack boundaries, she summoned a little blizzard and ran off. She always assumed that their assumption would be that she got lost, though she didn't think they'd try to hard to look for her. And she was, in fact, correct.
Of course though, life was not easy for any somewhat young child on their own, demon or not. Keeping just far enough South to stay out of wolf demon territory, Zuki kept herself in this self imposed 'exile'. She did her best not to draw attention to herself, seeking shelter in abandoned kitsune dens or small caves, and living mostly off small animals and what she could scavenge. It wasn't great, but being on her own Tsuzuki had nobody to whine to. So she dealt with it.
As she grew older and she learned to better control her powers, Tsuzuki began to spend less and less time in hiding, and spending more and more time trying to draw attention to herself. Maybe it came from being a demon whose species is generally quite social by nature living in solitude, but Tsu developed quite a love for the spotlight. And for that matter, alcohol. While not quite an addict, Tsuzuki does very much love sake. If it weren't for her spending so much time traveling through more desolate areas of Japan, without human villages to steal from, she probably would be.
Tsuzuki never much entertained the idea of traveling South, until the rumors of the Shikon fragments began to surface. Very much enticed by the idea of such power, she began to search for them. Once she finally accepted that she would have no luck finding them, Tsu began to travel further and further away from her birthlands, though she never did find any shards, much to her utter disappointment.
Still, she continues to look, being that she's quite taken to her life 'on the road', and still continues to wander the country, though without any real plan as to where she's going. Her main intention now is to try and earn a reputation for herself...

And then there were two...
The little female grinned a delighted little grin as she glanced down from her little tree-perch, a grin almost as delighted as those as the little mortal children running below her, smiling and laughing, innocent little things, happily chasing the pretty, intricate swirls of snow she started, not the slightest bit worried, or concerned with the fact that there was snow in the middle of summer, unaware of the fact that they were being watched at quite a close range.
And as they ran, as they played, then soon began to feel tired... tired and... cold. They'd tell the others they needed to sit down... close their eyes... and they would never open again. The creeping cold got colder, but the others didn't notice, no, not until almost all had fallen asleep, then the last two started to worry, but they must just be sleeping, no, they had to be fine...

Hidden amongst lush leaves, Tsuzuki leaned back against the trunk with a satisfied sigh. Vengeance was sweet. The village to which these children belonged had set dogs on her merely for picking at their cattle-- lucky they were, that she went for their livestock this time and not the humans like she normally would-- to she retaliated by picking off their children. They probably got off easier than the dogs anyway.
Smirking her I'm-quite-proud-of-myself little smirk, she stood, stretched, and dropped from the branch. She hit the ground lightly, barely making a sound, landing in a very predatory looking hunters crouch. Cat-like, almost, if one wouldn't have already noticed the tail. The white wolf tail. She paced the clearing slowly, deliberately, sniffing around, pausing to smile sweetly at the 'sleeping' children. She briefly considered frightening the villagers a bit, maybe taking their blood and marking up the ground or trees as a warning, but thought better of it-- subtlety was sometimes better. Blood was a horror to wash out of white pelt anyway.
Instead she coated the clearing in a thin layer of frost, children included, and continued on her way. She sincerely hoped the villagers would find the bodies before any animals did, least they take the credit for her handiwork. But there was no time to sit around and watch, no time...
