Name: Taro
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Orientation: Straight
Moral Alignment: Neutral
Human Parent: Mother
Demon Parent: Father; he was a wolf
Occupation: Wanderer.
Alignment: North
Appearance: Taro is somewhat short for his age since he is a tiny 5'3, shorter than most people his age. His height would be increased to 5'4, had you count his pair of short, black, furry wolf ears that stick up. Sitting on his head, a messy, long, jetblack hairstyle. He weights about 130lbs, an average weight. Taro hardly cares about his appearance or the way he carries himself, thus is the reason why he slouches. While walking, he would often stare with a blank look, having his hazel brown eyes in small lazy, half opened style. Taro has a pointed chin, complimented with a small mouth. Seen hanging from his mouth (having it since he was a child and is not visible if his mouth is closed), a sharp fang resides.
Taro has a caramel skin tone, with his skin having a few war scars and tattoos on it. On his chest, he has a small scar on his left breast and his abdomen. Being a strong wolf, he has a nice build and amazing upperbody strength (as well as lower body). He has a tattoo of something tribal on his shoulder, reaching down to his back, stopping where the shoulder slightly ends. One thing that he could live without, and he hates, his his medium sized wolf tail that has a wipe stripe running from the tip to the end. The tail has certain nerve endings on it and it varies on the pain. Such as this:
If someone grabs the tail, a small jolt of pain will go to Taro which will make him in a desperate state of shaking the holder off.
If it is chopped off or anything in the sort, it can put him in a lot of pain. Another one will regrow in a couple of days.
His clothing style isn't anything big or presentable at that matter. For clothing, he would wear something along the lines of a black tank-top-ish shirt and combat pants that are easy to move it, though not too tight on him. Around his neck, is a chain where his first baby tooth fang sits. This also reminds him of the home in which he left. Being a runner, he does not wear shoes much. When it is cold, the least he would wear is sandles though, they don't help much. Otherwise, he would rather go barefoot.

Personality:
Taro is a laid back person who could really care less on what everyone else did or was doing and only cared about one person; himself. Taro though is very moody, lazy, and is a slacker. Most likely, trusting him to do something is a gamble that is not often won. Taro is a man -er teen- of very low standards. Most likely anything can keep him occupied or happy. Taro is somewhat talkative but during a conversation, he probably won't look someone in the eye or stop talking and do something else. It's kind of safe to say that he has a short attention span and lives for fun. Taro isn't like most half breeds who was mad at the world or anybody. Taro is a nice, friendly person and it is a difficult task to piss him off; unless, of course, you grab his tail.
He's neither a lover nor a fighter, though this wolf child has a lot to bring to the table if he's ever in a battle. He's not arrogant and won't spend the whole battle tauting the enemy. Being raised peaceful, Taro won't kill if necessary and will sometimes let the opponent live. Othertimes, not too much.

History: Taro was the oldest male child in the family of five. The oldest was his sister who was a swordswoman. She didn't carry the ears or tail thing -she turned into a wolf at the end of the week and changed back in the morning then turned back once again at night until the first day of the new week ended. So, When Taro was older, she taught him how to fight and worked night and day to help him improve his fighting style. His sister, like most his family, was half-breeds. Taro's life as a youth was very shaky since some of the kids feared him and was told to stay away from him when playing. That was something he didn't understand but didn't mind too much. There was hardly any kids around anyway. The kid's families weren't the only ones that wanted Taro and his family away as they tried to burn his house down. His father was intent on killing them and staying, but it didn't really sit with the family and they moved to a village where they was protected with a demon slayer camp to get their daughter. While Taro's sister fought with them, her partner and her had a love interest in each other and spent time together, which left Taro left out.
Taro entered his teen years and he became better and better with his fighting styles with the others in the camp. They decided that when he would get a little older, they would make him a demon slayer and would do the same for the other children. However, Taro had different plans. Taro thought that the fighting styles came in handy when needed yes, but he likes hanging out and living life to his own rules. He often wandered from the camp to relax with the kids at the camp who then filled his head with ideas of leaving the camp and becoming an adventurer. It was until he turned 15 when he was given his first katana by his father. He then announced his plans to leave the demon slayers camp to everyone, shockingly. After much arguing, they finally allowed him to chase his dreams and do what he wanted since he was technically an adult himself. He stayed 1 year to see his sister get married and have her baby. That was when he set out for a grand adventure, though he periodically returned to check up on everyone.
RP Sample:
Taro sat on a log right near a river, his stomach growling like a bear. That just occured to him that he didn't eat since early this morning and it was the end of lunch was nearing. He needed food and fast, so he closed his eyes and quietly listened in around him. His ears perked up, trying to hear any creatures move around either on land or in the river. He jumped on the ground and got on all fours, sniffing the dirt as if he was a wolf. Just then, he heard something come from the right direction of him. He crouched and started running, watching his step to make sure not to scare the creature.
Lunch...lunch...oh I'm so hungry! He thought. The sound then sharped turned to the left, seeming as if it was running. Taro, thinking his cover was blown, jumped and looked around and saw the head of the creature but only slightly. He then took after it and ran at 30mph at his prey, only to get his foot almost snapped in a trap. He tumbled over and rolled down the hill, finally getting up and seeing his prey hiding behind a tree. He growled softly and ran after the prey, only to shout with a painful yell.
"What the hell?!" He said shaking his tail. Turning around, he saw a child holding on to his tail.
"Get down kid!" He said. The kid held on, forcing Taro to violently shake his tail (which embarrassed him greatly), causing the kid to fall. He then turned to see a girl about his age laughing at his display.
"What's so funny about this?" Taro asked picking the child up from the back of his shirt.
"Nothing, you look like a wet dog shaking like that." She said laughing. Taro rolled his eyes and held his stomach, turned around and started back for his log.
"Hey kid, you look hungry. Want something to eat?" She said. That was like a song from an angel for him as he shook his head. He said he would be waiting on the log near the river.
It wasn't long until she brought his meal and hers. They sat and chatted (mostly about his ears and tail) until Taro finished his meal and some of hers.
"So, where does this river lead to?" He asked.
"The mountains is kind of far from here wolf-boy." She joked.
"Name's Taro." He said grinning.
"Rei, come back some time ok Taro?" She said.
"I will. Well, later!" He said. He did some quick leg stretches before taking off until he bit his lip and quickly turned around.
"Ahem?" He said.
"Sorry, just wanted to feel it. Hey can I touch your ears?" She asked.
"Maybe, If I come back." Taro said rolling his eyes. He moved his tail, clicked his heels, and sped off at a high 50mph to continue his life-long adventure.
